Zuzana and Andrew, thank you very much. Its nice to see, Zuzana, how buildings can be connected in tones but diverse in style and purpose. It was taken in Denver, Colorado. Cheers, Steve.

I like the harmony of colour between these two buildings as much as the comparison of building styles.

What strikes me here is how two-dimensional you've made the composition - the high F stop keeps the shot pin-sharp from front to back, and while our better judgement tells us that the clock is some distance away from the block, the two together seem to blend to create a single, fascinating pattern of glass and brick. Excellent work.

At last one to really agree upon - the important quality of contrast has been cleverly achieved by the "contrast in shapes" rather than the normal "contrast in colours " - very well thought out and extremely well captured here Steve - giving a really unusual image - with great lasting impact - cheers Gil

Congrats on mpotd. Seems a little to tightly cropped for me but the colour and detail works well.

Congrats on mrpotd Steve. My only observation is that the dome on top of the tower is a bit too close to the edge of the frame for me, but a very nice shot none the less.
